Order never received

On the 31st Of July i ordered chicken from KFC Stanford on the app. The driver never delivered the food because he could apparently not get my address. I called him but he had phone problems. Eventually after calling him back for the 2nd time he told me that he took the order back to the branch. I didn't get any call from the KFC regarding my order and my money was never reimbursed.

This service is unacceptable
