order never received

So yesterday I placed an order for a meal from KFC Orlando it cost about 239. I made clear notes on the app with instuction of who the driver needs to call and how to get there this was never done instead he decided to go park infront of usave which is not even in noordgesig where the delivery address is its in orlano and expect me to walk to him .He was rude and screaming at me for him not following a mere gps i have always ordered and never had issues the drivers name was Imraan he then marked the order as delivered so now i paid for a meal i never received i then complained on the app but im not getting any joy i want my money back !!!!!this is day light ******* and disgusting service at that do you guys not train your people or screen them
