Order never received

Good Day

I decided today to try use Uber Eats for the first time, was quite happy with the pricing and even the delivery costs. Driver was on his way and never arrived at my destination. Have no clue what happened. Tried calling the number provided for him and messaging him, no luck. Not going to use you guys again, first impressions are important.
