ORDER NEVER RECEIVED

I would like to express my dissatisfaction, with the service i received today! I ordered @KFC and Steers in Pinetown through uber eats and spent R500 for my order. The driver never showed up, i had contacted him to advise of the correct the address as he had highlighted that his picking up an incorrect address. we waited for over 20 minutes outside and he then blocked my calls.

to my surprise, he marked the order as delivered and took a picture of an unknown house outside the gate leaving the food. they did not even verify the code and did not even bother to return the food back to the store.

Sad part is that i paid delivery fee and tipped the driver as well. now they don't want to refund me nor re-deliver the food!!

This is by far the ****tiest service i have ever received!!!!
