Order never delivered and no refund given

I made an order today. The driver didn't get to my sons school even though I was liaising with him via sms, he never called me at all, but on the app marked my order as delivered completely whilst I didn't get my food. When I tried calling him his phone was off. Called kfc they also tried to call him but his phone was going through still. Reached out to Uber Eats support through phone calls, emails and even whatsapp but their Agents weren't helpful at all instead they gave me a run around and they eventually gave a feedback that I will not be getting a refund, so they took my money and my sons food nxx!
