Order Never Delivered

Yesterday I ordered Loction Culture, meal for 2 and paid R136.00. I checked my app to be on the lookout for the driver and he was nowhere to be seen. I waited outside and called the driver numerous times but couldn’t get hold of him. The next thing I check my app again and driver is claiming that he has delivered my food. I immediately reported the incident on UberEats and they are claiming that the driver waited the prescribed time and left. Therefore I will not be refunded my money. This is very bad service from UberEats and their drivers! I’ll never order from them again.
