Order Never delivered

I ordered on 16 March 2024 afternoon, the driver went to a wrong address and delivered without getting pin from me, after i tried calling driver so many time without reaching him and the driver was not answering any of my messages. when I lodge a complaint they said tried to reach me therefore I'm not eligible for refund. Don't buy from them they're are ****mers!!!
