Order never arrived

I ordered 2 Viva meals at Pedro's through the UberEats app and payed R439. I waited for an hour then decided to call Pedros which they then advised that the order was picked up and it shows delivered on their system. They gave me the driver's numbers, I tried contacting him but he never answered or responded. On the app it showed that the food was delivered and a picture was taken of a place I have no idea where that was. There was no communication sent by UberEats regarding the status of delivery or anything at all. Tried raising the issue with UberEats but they are not taking accountability or responsibility. The only thing we can do is to uninstall the app and to inform the next person to be cautious dealing with the UberEats organization.
