Order never arrived

Last night i ordered off Nandos and paid my order in full, my tracking then went through all the necessary stages and one moment it said delivered and I haven’t received my order. Tried querying this and have received any assistance, not even one email!! I mean my order was paid in full and there’s no communication as to why it had said delivered and I haven’t received it. Pathetic service
