Order never arrived

Hi, I made a order at Hungry Lion around 14:50 for R301.80 . My order never arrived of which I was standing out site my flat since 15:15 . when I look at the App the driver was standing at the robot and decided to make a U-turn. I sent him a message and gave him my address again and the address on the order is the same. he decided to mark the delivery as complete and left my order at the robot. the picture he send to show were he left the order an the picture of my address are 2 different places. I called him and he said he already left. I decided to rush to N1 City Hungry Lion to find out if he did not return my order. The order was not return to the shop and the driver says he left it at the robot. I had to buy another take aways and logged a complaint with UberEats but the reply is saying the order was delivered and i will not be refunded. My question is the picture the guy sent has prove that he delivered is not of my address or flat. I have a picture of my flat, the opposite shops and the slip of the order i had to buy after i did not receive my delivery. Why would I buy another take away for R228 if I have already received the order for R301.08. Does that make any sense to waste money like that. I want my money back and I will never use UberEats again.
