Order never arrived.

Total *****s. Placed an order and the next thing my app states my order was delivered, I never received my order. I call my security and they confirm no delivery came either. Uber amazingly has no contact number and since my order was 'So called' delivered I couldn't contact the driver either. My card was charged R278 even the restaurant tried to help me but there was no way to contact the driver or uber...absolutely pathetic best to stick to Mr D. I've sent 4 support requests yet not one response
