Order never arrived and no refund.

What a horrible evening it was yesterday, I placed an order, bought groceries and the guy never delivered. Uber support is telling me I am not eligible for a refund, I called the guy more than 5 times, I was communicating with him via the ubereats app and I gave him the code for my gate, he still didn’t pitch.
