Order never arrived

Today I feel ****** by the driver, my order never arrived and when checking on the App it kept saying 1min away. My partner and kids were playing outside so there is no way they could not have nor seen the scooter. Driver ****med us and his enjoying our food with his family while we starve through load shedding. I called the driver immediately when I was alerted that his trying to contact me but phone kept going to vm. I'm a frequent buyer from this App but guess this time around I found a ***** driver. Now Uber Eats won't refund me but they know that their drivers are ****ming us as paying consumers. These automated emails they send back after laying a complaint just makes matters worse.
