Order never arrived!!!

Hi Uber Please note that I am very unhappy with the service that I received from the delivery guy as he walked in without his car or bike without speaking to the security to ask where the company is and this is very risky , it also gives a bad name to uber eats as I am a very good customer. Please note I will give you a bad rating on social media. Please ensure that I get the refund!
