Order never arrived

I ordered for my brother in the UK and I'm in south Africa it was lunch for his birthday and I left contact number for him to be called on but the driver did not make contact with him and left his food at a different address which was too far from him he could gave left the food at his door step he could have called the number I gave him now they say I can't get any refund the worst part is I tried to message him but the app would not allow me to this is not right it's day light ******* uber eats you are *****ing from people I need my money back
