Order never arrived

I will admit that my GPS location was incorrect. However before delivery was completed I made multiple attempts to contact the driver and inform him of my actual location. I texted him directions and verbally explained how to get to me. He did not move from the drop off location and instead left my food (R600+ worth) in the street. Claimed it was delivered and left.

Uber says the lying driver waited at the drop off for 8 minutes and tried to contact me. This is false. The driver never waited.

Uber refuses to refund my order.
