Order never arrived

On the 21 I ordered food from Ubereats at Pizza hut, the driver never come to my address it kept saying one minute away, the driver texted me saying he's outside I went outside he was not there, I went as far as going to the robots but he was never there, after a few minutes the order said completed I tried calling the guy but he was declining my calls, I then wrote to Ubereats but they then said they can't refund me please thru should refund me my money and stop telling me nonsense with my money it's thier fault that the drivers cannot be trusted, Ubereats refund me my money
