Order never arrived

On the 14th February at around 18:00 I ordered on Uber eats a meal at turn n tender. The order was accepted by the restaurant and paid by card an amount of R647. The order never arrived yet on the app it says it was delivered. I receive an email stating it was delivered to a completely new address that I know nothing about. I logged over 3 Queries on their app and I was told they can’t help me, i am to log on another platform on the app. I’ve tried this for over 5 hrs and it’s not connecting, I asked for a number to call and they still refuse to assist. I want an apology and my money back. This is such bad service.
