Order missing fries

I can not believe Uber Eats.. I ordered a medium BigMac meal and extra small fries, I only received the meal. When I complain on their website I am told 'unfortunately they can not help me'... what nonsense is that? After a long break from their app and I come back to this disgusting service, on a day that I am hungry as f nogal. Today was the last day i had their app on my phone.
