Order missing

I ordered food from ***ao Chinese Restaurant and Sushi on the 03rd of June . When I placed the order I scheduled the order for 19h30-20h00 and I left notes that it should not come earlier because I won’t be able to get before the scheduled time. However my delivery got there earlier and the driver did not try to contact me. The driver then decided to leave my food on the floor at the gate outside my workplace which I did not find when I went out. I have tried to call the driver multiple times with no response and then requested to be refunded. It has been a week already with no response. I want a refund because not only was the order delivered at the wrong time but it was not received by me because it was left on the floor.
