Order left outside the house

So disgusted by their service,yesterday evening I ordered a meal from Nando’s through their app and the driver came with the order and left it outside the gate and my husband was home and I didn’t receive anything,my money is gone just like that and the driver has the audacity to take the photo and say enjoy your meal.
