Order error

I ordered a chicken foldover , grand chicken and hamburger happy meal however the drinks were a different kind and the happy meal didn't have a toy, my burger was spicy and chilly which caused me ulcers. I reported the issue and I was told that I am refunded which was a blatant lie. I want my money
