Order didn’t receive

Good day

Yesterday I ordered at kfc mamelodi square ,I was buying for someone lunch but he didn’t get his food when th time I gave th driver pin I thought he found th person and he immediately hang up when I tried to call phone off and when I check on our conversation he hanged up and it’s for th second time this Uber and kfc doing this to me . Last time 18 August I ordered 9 piece but received 5 and th food was for my kids picnic for th next day when you call they don’t answer. I need my money back
