Order did not arrive to destination.

My girlfriend ordered Boba Tea from Susu Bubble Tea Rivonia for her and her sister and was charged R210 (including R30) for delivery) however, the order never arrived and the Uber driver was disrespectful when he was contacted because the order never came. This is the second time this has happened and she is now considering using Mr. Delivery as she always receives bad customer service on UberEATS. What is sad is that UberEats does not contact you after filing a complaint.
