Order did not arrive money deducted

I have placed an order , the driver didn't deliver my food , took a picture that he has completed my order and left the food down I don't even recognise the place in picture, tried to call this ******** driver didn't answer and he was ignoring my chats on the Uber app, immediately I contacted Uber for assistance they advised that the driver followed their procedure , therefore I went to the hungry lion my order was placed on to check if the driver didn't return my order only find out noooo he didn't he definitely did not return it , I had to spend another money and pay for bolt rides....as I am reading the reviews also I see that Ubereats doesn't care about their customers they hire hungry ******** delivery drivers I want my money back R155 its a lot to me .
