Order did not arrive
I've been using Ubereats for years snd they are great. Today I ordered from a store and the money was deducted. The order did not arrive. The order is not Evan appearing o the order list so I can request assistance with regards to it. What is going on?

27 Oct 2023, 19:16I'm back to review and thank the person the store had to handle my issue. The funds were reversed into my bank account. What made me worried is not having the order details appear on the app in order to obtain assistance on the help option.
