Order delivered on app but not delivered at all

I just placed an order which now shows delivered and we didn't receive it, I reported to UberEATS they tried multiple times to connect me with driver still no answer 😞, I ordered at Nandos this is now the third time I have been double crossed by UberEATS when you call the shop they tell you they are not involved you must contact UberEATS direct. Nandos is not cheap honestly such an inconvenient. Driver name was faith women.
