Order delayed 3 times

I placed an order knowing full well that it is an estimated time. But ny order got delayed 3 times! Why cant they just give a proper ETA and not one to just entice?! Furthermore, the tracking system just keeps saying "preparing order" for nearly an hour. As if thats not enough, the staff copies and pastes the same automated responses. One agent after the other. No empathy, it feels like talking to a robot. Not impressed.
