Order completed but order never received

I have a huge problem with you guys and seems like people are complaining about the same things. I placed an order on 20 Nov but I never received the order, the order was just marked completed while the delivery guys never even set foot on the delivery address.

It was sad that I owe that amount, today the 30 they just debited the R117 that I apparently owe. Why am I being charged for an order I never received, check the messages with that driver and see if I am lying. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
