Order complaint.

Good day

Kindly assist would query /complaint.

The 28/08/2019 I was placing an order on Uber Eats for Woodmead Mcdonald's. When submitting order for payment to be placed I get an error that the restaurant is closed. Immediately I get an sms that money has been taken from my account. I'm unable to track any order for money that was taken.

The call center agent does not have any way solving the problem. I was told that the transaction will be revesed, but I will not wait a 10 working day turnaround time given by the consultant.
