order clarify

I ordered food using the UberEats app, the food had a promotion , of which they did not apply when I checked out the order, instead I was charged the full amount , no stress there, to my surprise I was charged again for an uber ride I did not request to an amount of R 50 , I sent an email requesting clarity and was told to send supporting docs, of which I did and they have been no response since.
