Order Charged but never received

Last night I placed an order on uber eats for Macdonalds Pretoria West.

The order was to be delivered at the main hospital entrance, as requested, i even described ill be waiting at the statue.

On arrival the driver refused to enter stating they wont let me in and he requested me to walk to the main road.

He kept on saying he has arrived, but i was with the guards and he wasnt there. So he then told me on the app that he delivered my order, but he wasnt close to me or the guards.

This issue was reported on the app several times last night but no response received.

Uber cant take my money without delivering, really that is ********* and is called theft
