Order cancelled with no stated reason

I placed an order, made payment, and it kept saying that order is being prepared, next thing after an hour it is being picked up by driver, next I check on the app, it says order was cancelled by support. No reason mentioned nor any communication. Tried calling the number it says my area does not quality for customer service. Very useless and just shows how unprofessional Ubet eats can be. To everyone I'd rather suggest you use an alternative, avoid disappointment.
