ORDER CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND!!!

On 24/11/2023, I ordered a pizza meal from Pizza Hut, Menlyn via UberEats and scheduled the delivery for 10am, my bank notified me that the money has left my account.

At 09h30, I got a notification from UberEats that stated Pizza Hut is unable to help me and my order has been cancelled, it was not followed with a reversal and to make matters worse, suddenly there is no record of me ever ordering from Pizza Hut on the app! There is no helpline or email address to lay complaints, I googled for a help line came to a *** - ONLY TO FIND THE NUMBER NO LONGER WORKS/IS INACTIVE!!!!!!!! I emailed UberEtas but we shall see if anything happens, R225 gone!!! in thsis economy??
