Order cancelled no refund

At around 16:45 this afternoon I placed an order at Romans Pizza through Uber eats. A few min later I received a notification that the store cannot accept my order at the time and it was cancelled. However the money was already out of my account (R212.54) and was not refunded when the order was cancelled. There is no record of my order placed in the app so I have NO reference number to resolve the issue with romans. There is no place to lay a complaint in the app. I phoned the call centre to try and resolve the issue but with no luck as I was told that it might take 3-5 working days to refund the money. If you can take it out of my account within seconds surely you can replace it within seconds….?
