Order cancelled by Uber Eats - No Refund

I placed an order via uber eats and waited 45 minutes only to get a message that my order was cancelled by the delivery partner. I paid for this transaction and did not get my money back. I contract Uber Eats and the lady I spoke with told me the money should be refunded in my acc. The money does not reflect in my account. why is this company robbing me, I want my money back
