Order cancelled after 1.5 hrs - no details

We placed an order with UberEats for Spur - the ordered was placed at 6:35pm. Estimated delivery time was 7:50pm… at 8pm we get a notification- your driver has a problem and can’t deliver your order. Sorry about that. The amount will be reversed. So after waiting 1.30hrs we get no further explanation on what happened or how they can make a plan to get the food that was ready and prepared by Spur to us? And as always with Uber Eats - you cannot contact anyone to find out anything more. If the driver ran out of petrol - could we not have collected the food from Spur? Did Spur not prepare the food? We would just like someone to answer! We have had so many issues lately with Uber Eats, that this was our last order with them.
