Order cancellation

I experienced the worst from ubereats. I dont know when this started but apparently uber eats does not accept cards anymore. I dont know how much times I’ve ordered and I’ve used the speedpoint to pay. There’s no option to cancel on the app, i had to “send a request” only to be told that i have to pay the full amount because i cancelled late. Which is not the case though. Why is this amount going to be charged on my next bill when i clealrt stated that i want to cancel? **************** nje! The worst app to use to order food! THEE WORST!
