Order canceled after waiting for over an hour, I want my money back 😩

Yesterday I waited for over an hour for my food to be delivered and they sent a cancelation email instead, I have not been refunded my money back. I complained on the app and no one has contacted me regarding my refund, their service is ridiculous and the most frustrating part is there's no direct contact number 😑
