***** or ****?

I am here, confused and frustrated; I have had microtransactions on my bank account from a source I do not know. I have explained time and time again to the team that I did not make those purchases. I have provided evidence of my last orders/purchases and I still can't get help. The last time I used UberEATS was 2020. I did not get an authorisation concerning a different account linking with mine- from what I understand, I have to add and approve a second account to use my account on EATS, yet I received none of this. I have lost so much money from these microtransactions! I am defeated!
