On the 30th of June I ordered from Roman's Pizza

On the 30th of June I ordered from Roman's Pizza. I selected eft for this order. When it arrived the driver said he didn't get payment and wanted cash. Fair enough the app did say the payment was not completed. I then asked for his banking which he said he didn't have. I gave him a CashSend payment and now all of a sudden according to ubereats he failed to contact us and my payment is still not through. I mean if he failed to contact me then what am I being charged for because I'd have never gotten the food? Not to even mention he gave us a missing order and we had to chase him down for the rest. The service I get from uber eats keeps getting progressively worse. If you want your money ****** and your food missing, you know where to go.
