On the 1 Feb 2025 I ordered Kfc on Uber Eats and paid for the food using their app

On the 1 Feb 2025 I ordered Kfc on Uber Eats and paid for the food using their app. When my food arrived after almost 2hours it was wrong. I already gave the driver the code and when I opened the box it was a streetwise 2 with chips, 2 rolls and 2 buddy cooldrinks. I ordered food for R400 which was a 9piece chi ken, large chips,10 dunk wings, large mash and gravy and a 1.5 ltte coke. I phoned Kfc and they told me straight they cant help me. The driver went back to Kfc and they sent him back. He was told Uber must sort it out. I than phoned Uber and they told me they cant assist I need to log a complaint on their app which I did.....guess what on the app it shows my complaint ia closed. So now I basically paid R400 for a streetwise 2 and no one can help me. Their service is horribe horribe they eat peoples money. No one even phoned me back terrible service.
