On multiple occasions I have ordered food, and the driver never contacts me on the app, so I won't know if he's outside(I live in a block of flats) so I can't see if he's outside, so he leaves my food outside on pavements and drives away

On multiple occasions I have ordered food, and the driver never contacts me on the app, so I won't know if he's outside(I live in a block of flats) so I can't see if he's outside, so he leaves my food outside on pavements and drives away. Uber says that won't do anything about it, customer is terrible, never again
