On 1 May at around 21:00, someone used my card to make a purchase on Uber Eats without my permission

On 1 May at around 21:00, someone used my card to make a purchase on Uber Eats without my permission. I no longer have the Uber Eats app, as I deleted it before, and I did not authorise this transaction. Please investigate this matter and assist me accordingly.
