Oder never received

On the 21/08/2024 I ordered at KFC through Mr. delivery, I never received the order, I tracked the order on the App then I sent the driver the massage to let him where exactly I am and he rep**** that he is coming and then I received the massage saying the driver arrived but and I asked him where he is he never rep**** and then received the massage saying the order is delivered. I contacted KFC about that, and they gave UberEATS number. still now no didn't receive my order.
