Oder never received

I placed an order on Friday the 1st September 2023 for a double whooper . the money was taken from my account but I never received my order . the driver called Morgan updated the order as completed.

I tried calling the number on the website from Friday afternoon but it's not working. I then today contacted the help desk only to be told that its over 48hours.
