Oder didn't arrive

I've never had a problem with Uber eats, but after my experience with the delivery guy I must say I am disappointed. The delivery guy **** about him delivering my food went as far as taking a picture and **** about trying to contact me when he clearly didn't. I was the one trying to contact me and his phone was on voicemail and he didn't respond to my chat after some time. And even after I told them the delivery guy didn't pitch they still refuse to give me a refund.
