November 2022 order not yet being delivered/ refund request

This is a shame, slep in the face from Uber Eats, after i ordered my meal from Nandos through Uber eats last year on the 23 November 2022, and to date, i haven't received my order, i went to the restaurant after advising the driver to take my order back to the store as he was getting lost on same day and i spoke to the Manager in charged on the day by the name of Dalinton whom did his best by trying to call the driver whom he was supposed to deliver my order, the driver was contacted on the number ********** named AJ Mvereko, am not sure if that surname exist, the guys did not answer and Dalinton promised that he will handle the matter and revert back to me, a week passed with no feedback. i then reached out to Hello Peter and i was called by Nandons Complaint department an they advised that this is Uber Eats matter.

i was then advised to request a refund via the App and the useless App is so not user friendly, i asked to be called by someone from Uber Eats so they can assist me, but all my effort were pointless.

the service from Uber Eats is pathetic and i wish not to do any dealings with with them, all i need is my refund at this point.
