Not treated rightly by ubber eat and burger king

I ordered food today from burger king with ubber eat app it was delivered an hour late and on top of that the paper bag was wet. as I picked up my food it spilt on the ground the driver was still all he say is sorry .. I tried to contact Burger King they told me it is not their fault I need to contact ubber eat ..my meal was came into 111.90.i mean Its not fair to be treaded like .i haven't eaten whole day but i bought food I'm really angry and frustrated at the time
