Not to be trusted! No Customer Service!

Have been trying to communicate with this company for over a month. They do not want to reply or explain why the promotion was not added to my order and also why I could not cancel an order that had the promotion knocked off.

Worst of all is that they will not give any clarity and keep diverting blame.

Shame on a company this large. All I wanted was to cancel the order or get a voucher refund!!

And all of this on my first order...
